Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Certain items, such as personalized products, opened swimwear, or used fitness equipment, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please review the product description and confirm eligibility before purchasing.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at info@franckglas.com or call (540) 942-4974 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details in your request.
  3. Once you receive the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original condition and include a copy of the order receipt.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Please Note: Returns that do not include a valid RA number or are shipped to an incorrect address may be delayed or rejected.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. The amount refunded will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds for items returned in compliance with our policy will include the full purchase price of the product, minus any original shipping fees.
  • Refunds for damaged or defective items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and avoids delays. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened swimwear, underwear, or items of personal hygiene.
  • Used fitness equipment or items that show signs of wear and tear.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a full refund or sending a replacement, including any return shipping costs.
