At Franckglas, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipment Policy outlines the shipping methods, processing times, shipping fees, and other important information related to the delivery of your order.

1. Shipping Locations

Franckglas currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are constantly evaluating expansion options. Please check back for updates on international availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing:
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Business Hours: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination. Below are the available shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Available for most addresses within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Available for most U.S. addresses. Additional charges may apply.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Available for U.S. addresses. Additional charges apply.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability. Orders shipped to remote or rural locations may take longer to arrive.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you select, and the delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:
    Franckglas occasionally offers promotional periods with free standard shipping on eligible orders. Free shipping is typically available for orders over a certain amount or during specific sales events. Check our website for updates on promotional offers.

  • Standard Shipping:
    The cost of standard shipping will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Expedited & Express Shipping:
    Expedited and express shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the delivery location. These options will be available at checkout if you need faster delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

  • Tracking Information:
    Use the provided tracking number to track your package’s progress from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it reaches your doorstep.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses with certain carriers. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please contact us before placing your order.

  • International Shipping:
    Currently, Franckglas does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, and we encourage you to check back for updates.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit or if you believe it has been lost, please contact our customer support team immediately:

  • Damaged Shipments:
    If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact our support team at info@franckglas.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Lost Shipments:
    If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to track the package and resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

It is essential that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Franckglas is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Address Changes:
    If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

9. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will attempt to assist you before the package is dispatched.
