✔ Refund: If the product is permanently unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not mean the order has been processed or accepted. Once payment is successfully processed and the order is ready for shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed.
- Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make a change to your order, please cancel the original order within 24 hours and place a new one.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Return Eligibility: FRANCKGLAS accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. - Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receiving your order. If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the price difference.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
6. PRICING ERRORS
While we strive to provide accurate product details, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error occurs, FRANCKGLAS reserves the right to correct the error. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will notify you and provide the following options:
✔ If the corrected price is lower, we will adjust your order and charge the new price.
✔ If the corrected price is higher, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the order.
7. TAXES AND DUTIES

- Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. FRANCKGLAS is not responsible for any additional charges once the package reaches the destination country.

- Gift Cards: FRANCKGLAS may offer gift cards that can be used for both in-store and online purchases. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
